Peeling treatment

Dermaceutical has developed a variety of skin peeling products that can safely be adapted to most skin types.

Facial Symmetry has decided to use these products to enhance the general health and vitality of the skin. They can be used on the face, neck, décolletage, hands and arms.

What can be achieved?

This depends on the type and depth of the peel;

Facial Symmetry only uses superficial to medium depth treatments due to their safety profile.

In general, peels improve the complexion by enhancing the texture, colour, brightness, vitality and elasticity of the skin, this allows fine lines to lessen significantly. Pigmentation, acne, and acne scars can be reduced and photo damage (sun damage) caused by DNA changes to the basal skin cells can be lessened.

A peel will also stimulate the dermal collagen production.

Which age groups could benefit?

Skin of all ages has a dead cell layer (which lies on top of the skin) that gives the complexion its dull dry appearance. The peel stimulates the fresh skin cells to replace this layer of dead cells and is beneficial to both young and old.
